With all the talk around the Royal BC Museum regarding redesign, and the province wide consultation process…well, I get kind of giddy when I see a project like what SF MOMA has up on their website

I love all of these proposals, and maybe especially the ones that are kind of fantastical.  I think that is a good place to begin (and maybe even end).  At least for the museums of my desires.

For Wonder Sunday this past year we created a Wonder Sunday Museum- kid generated all the way around.  We also had some stations set up that encouraged families to explore what a curator does, what security does, what an archivist does, what a CEO does, and of course what a designer does- and also become those things!!
