Taryn joined the BC Archives as Government Records Archivist in 2016, having previously worked with private records and Special Collections. In addition to her work in Canada, she also spent six months at NATO in Brussels where she worked with digital and analog records created during overseas missions. While there, she assisted with reference inquiries from the general public and International Staff. Taryn also completed a summer course on paper conservation in Italy, where she cleaned and repaired 17th and 18th century records from regional and diocesan archives.
